I have been running a B&B at Park
South, Doneraile, Mallow for 28 years of my life catering for visitors and their interests. I
find it very rewarding and a great social life. I am always striving to
improve the quality and standard of the accommodation which I offer to those
who visit me. I am married with two children, my husband is a
telecommunications engineer, my son is a chemical engineer and my
daughter is a peri-operative nurse. |

Ten years ago my mother died and
I inherited the family home 'Park South' cottage, Doneraile, Mallow. Being home it had a fond
place in my heart. I had many great memories in this cottage. I made the
decision to upgrade this cottage for self-catering in order to keep it in
the family and open it's doors to allow guests feel the heart-felt welcome
which existed in this cottage for many years before. So in 1998, my dream
became a reality and I opened my 4 star
self catering cottage. It will
remain open all year round and hopefully become as rewarding and successful
as my
Bed & Breakfast (B&B).
